Your Shopify back office, running itself.

We automate the finance, reporting and order work that eats your team's week, for growing Shopify brands. Every agent asks before it acts, logs what it did, and lives in accounts you own.

Last night, while you slept
  • 1,284orders reconciled to your books
  • 1margin report ready for Monday
  • 3refunds waiting for your OK

We build the shift that never clocks out.

Growing Shopify brands run on spreadsheets, copy-paste and one person who knows how it all fits together. We turn that into systems that run on their own.

Finance
Month-end takes a week of matching payouts in spreadsheets.→ Reconciliation that runs nightly
Reporting
Five dashboards, and we still don't know our real margin.→ One source of truth
Takeover
Someone set up our Zaps and left. Now things break quietly.→ We map it, test it, fix it
Services

Six ways we take work off your plate.

Built around Shopify and everything connected to it: your books, ads, email and fulfilment. Every service ends with something your team can run without us.

Finance & reconciliation

Books that match Shopify

Payouts, fees, refunds and chargebacks matched to QuickBooks or Xero, with exceptions flagged.

Reporting & margin

Know your real margin

Sales, ad spend, COGS and fees in one warehouse, with a briefing every Monday.

Order operations

Exceptions, not busywork

Stuck orders, address problems, stock mismatches and fraud flags sent to the right person.

Marketing ops

Campaigns checked daily

Klaviyo flows and ad accounts watched for breakages, spend spikes and promos that hurt margin.

AI agents

Agents that ask first

Inbox triage, supplier follow-ups and expense coding, with approval before anything goes out.

Audit & takeover

Fix what's half-built

We map your apps, Zaps and scripts, then keep, repair or replace them, with docs your team can follow.

Process

From audit to autopilot.

Small, paid and scoped before anything gets built. Every stage has a fixed price and a written definition of done.

01

Assess

1–2 weeks · fixed fee

We map your back office and pick the first build by hours saved and feasibility.

02

Build

2–4 weeks · agreed scope

One approved system, tested against failures, not just the happy path.

03

Hand over

Included

Runbook, recorded walkthrough, access review. Your team owns it.

04

Run & grow

Monthly

We expand from what's proven, judged on hours saved and costs cut.

Guardrails

Nothing goes out without a human yes.

An agent that fails silently is worse than no agent. These rules are written into the configuration of everything we build.

  • Approval before action

Customer emails, budget changes, refunds and payments wait in a queue for a named person.

  • Failures are loud

Every error posts to Slack with what failed, what was retried, and what someone needs to do.

  • Verified data only

Totals are reconciled against Shopify and your books before any report goes out.

  • No duplicates, ever

Run logs and idempotency keys mean a retry never files or sends the same thing twice.

  • You own everything

Code, workflows, keys and docs live in your accounts. We use the least access we need.

  • Recoverable by your team

Written restart and rollback steps ship with every system.

Stack

Inside the tools you already pay for.

Shopify at the centre, connected to your books, ads, email, support and fulfilment. We replace only what's holding you back.

Shopify, Shopify Plus, QuickBooks, Xero, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, BigQuery, Slack, Windsor.ai, Gorgias, ShipStation, Recharge, Asana, Gusto, Google Sheets, n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI.

We connect the tools you already have. On the first call we'll tell you plainly which ones we've shipped with and which we'd be learning on your project.

Questions

What brand owners ask first.

Anything else, ask in the form and we'll answer before any call.

Do you only work with Shopify brands?

That's our focus, because the tools and problems repeat from brand to brand. If you also sell on Amazon, wholesale or retail, we connect those channels into the same system.

Can you take over apps and Zaps someone else set up?

Yes, most projects start that way. We read what's there, run it against real orders, and document what it does before changing anything.

Who owns the code and accounts?

You do. We build in your Shopify, cloud and accounting accounts, and remove our access at the end if you want us to.

What happens when an agent gets something wrong?

It tells you. Unsure results go to a review queue, errors post to Slack, and refunds, payments or customer emails wait for approval. Every run is logged so it can be traced and undone.

Will an agent replace someone on my team?

Sometimes it takes over a task completely. More often it removes the repetitive part and leaves judgment with a person. The assessment shows which is which, with the hours and cost behind it.
